ListMENA is a business directory for the Middle East and North Africa. It helps customers discover local businesses and gives companies a professional online presence with contact details, categories, and location information.

How do I add my business? +

Register for a free account, then click "Add Business" from your dashboard. Our guided multi-step form asks for basic info, location, contact details, description, media and social links. Once submitted, our team reviews it — usually within 1-2 business days.

Is listing my business free? +

Yes. The Free plan includes a full business listing with contact details, category placement and location placement. Featured and Premium plans are available for businesses wanting additional visibility.

How do I claim an existing business listing? +

If your business is already listed, click "Claim this business" on the business page. Provide evidence you represent the business (e.g. official email, business registration) and our team will review your claim. Once approved, you become the owner and can edit the listing.

How do I verify my business? +

Verification is handled by our team and indicated with a green checkmark. Verified listings typically demonstrate legitimate business operations through official documentation. Contact us if you believe your business qualifies for verification.

How do Featured listings work? +

Featured listings appear higher in search results, are highlighted on category pages, and may appear in the Featured Businesses section on the homepage. Featured status is available as part of a paid plan or granted by our team.

How can I advertise on ListMENA? +

We offer banner placements on the homepage, category pages, location pages, search results and business pages. Visit our Advertise page or contact us for availability and pricing.

How do I contact a business? +

On each business page you'll find Call, WhatsApp, Email, Website and Directions buttons. Clicking these connects you directly with the business — we don't act as an intermediary.

Which countries are supported? +

We cover the GCC (Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman), the Levant (Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine, Syria, Iraq), North Africa (Egypt, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, Sudan), and additional MENA markets (Yemen, Djibouti, Mauritania, Somalia).

Can I edit or delete my business listing? +

Yes. If you own a listing, you can edit or delete it anytime from your dashboard under "My Businesses". Changes may be re-reviewed before publishing.

How do I report incorrect information? +

Each business page has a "Report this listing" link. Select the reason and provide details — our team will review and update the listing as needed.

Do you offer support in Arabic? +

Arabic language support and RTL interface are on our roadmap. For now, the site is available in English. You can reach us in English or Arabic via the contact page.
