• You have the authority to submit the business information
• The information is accurate and not misleading
• You will keep the listing updated
• You will not submit duplicate or fraudulent listings

We reserve the right to approve, reject, edit, suspend or remove any listing at our discretion.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Featured and Paid Services

Paid services (such as Featured or Premium plans) are subject to additional terms shown at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We are not a party to any transaction between users and businesses listed on the Site. We do not endorse any business or guarantee the quality of goods or services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.
